The Nantucket Housing Office is committed to providing educational program which promote responsibile rental tenancy and homeownership. The NHO is currently developing this section of the website to provide affordable housing resources and educational programs for Nantucket residents.

The Nantucket Housing Office offers a twice yearly Homebuyer Education Course. This course was most recently offered on September 20, 27, and October 4. Nine future homebuyers graduated and were given certificates. The next round will be in the Spring. Watch the newspapers and this website for more information.

Funding for the Nantucket Housing Office comes from public and private grants as well as individual contributions.
